Returns

We are personally inspecting all products before they are shipped out for any irregularities or damages.

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer exchanges or refunds on used, opened and unsealed products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction.

We will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.

If your items become damaged during transit we will replace or refund your order.
If items arrive damaged please advise us within 5 days of receiving so we can ensure the matter is handled promptly.

We understand that some products do not agree with your certain skin type.  If you have experienced an allergic reaction it must be reported to us within the first 48 hrs of use.  We reserve the right to request a Doctor's note and photo evidence to confirm it was caused by one of our products. All returns are subject to shipping being deducted when original order was qualified for free shipping.
